New Cancellation policy as of January 1st 2013 :

All bookings require a $25.00 deposit. Any cancellation forfeits the deposit. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of scheduled arrival date (72 hrs on Holiday weekends,) to avoid an additional fee equal to (1) night’s stay.
